30 G fresh / 40 G waste
Your tank sizing already satisfies the GA Department of Public Health rule that the waste tank must be at least 15% larger than the fresh tank — passes inspection on day one.
A turnkey labor proposal to demo, re-skin, plumb, gas-line and re-electrify a 98 sq ft mobile kitchen for Georgia DPH and Fire Marshal final approval — phased into two flexible budgets.
Strip the trailer to studs, then rebuild the bones — wall surfaces, electrical service, hot water, and the commercial vent hood that anchors the cookline. Everything required to make the box safe, code-ready, and ready for utilities.
“Get the shell right.” Demolition, fiberglass interior, electrical service, hot water and the commercial vent hood — the structural and mechanical baseline.
Everything in Quote One — then the lines, tanks, gas and trim that take the trailer from shell to ready-to-serve. Split-unit climate control is split out as its own option on the next page.
Includes all labor from Quote One — plus full plumbing, galvanized gas infrastructure, stainless heat-shield, window reframe & install, and the exterior trim that finishes the trailer.
Mount the interior evaporator and exterior condenser, run the lineset through the wall, charge the system and commission the heat pump. Sized for full cookline service in Georgia summers — and shoulder-season warmth.

The 6–7 ′ commercial range hood is bracketed to overhang the cookline by at least 6″ on all open sides to capture grease and heat — a hard requirement under GA fire code.
An automatic suppression system over grease-producing appliances is required by GA fire code. Budget $2,500 – $4,000 separately; must be installed by a licensed fire protection company.
Galvanized black-iron lines are sized as a manifold so the flat top doesn’t starve when the fryer kicks on — three regulators, one balanced supply, pressure tested before light-up.
The hand wash sink is mounted for “easily accessible” use under GA DPH — not tucked behind a swinging door or under a counter. Soap and towel dispenser positions confirmed.
The 40 g waste tank sits below the sink drains to maintain a gravity-fed ¼″ per ft slope, preventing standing water and odors — a common DIY-assist failure point we eliminate at rough-in.
Demo · FRP · electrical service · hot water · commercial vent hood. The trailer’s shell, made safe and code-ready.
Everything in Quote One — plus gas, plumbing, stainless, windows and exterior trim. Ready for the inspector.
Mini-split with heat pump — interior + exterior units, lineset, charge and test. Adds to either quote.
